Access & Login

How do I get access to the learning platform?

Your access will be created by the responsible persons in your company. You will receive the login credentials by email or from the responsible persons in your company.

I forgot my password – what can I do?

If you have provided an email address, you can reset your password via "Kennwort vergessen?". You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If no email address is associated with your account, please contact the responsible persons in your company.

Where can I get help if the login doesn’t work?

If you are having trouble logging in, you can contact the responsible persons in your company or the LMS team of RKW-Sachsen.

Can I use the LMS on my smartphone?

The learning platform is also optimized for smartphones and can be used via the regular browser.

How do I find my courses?

All courses that are activated for you can be found directly on the homepage in the "My Company Courses" section.

Where can I see my progress in a course?

If progress tracking is enabled in a course, you will always see it under the "My Company Courses" block next to the respective course or within the course itself.

How do I get a certificate in a course?

If a course offers a certificate, you must first complete the course and in some cases pass a test. After that, you can retrieve your certificate for the course.

Where can I find my certificates?

You can find your certificates at the top, in the header, under "My Certificates".

How can I tell which courses are still open?

You can identify open courses by the progress indicators of each course. Additionally, you can filter for incomplete courses in the "My Company Courses" block.

How do I begin a course?

To begin a course, click on it and work through the individual activities in the course.

Do I have to complete courses in a specific order?

This depends on the course settings. Some courses have a predefined order, and you can only work on the next activity after completing the previous one. Other courses have no set order and can be worked through freely.

Can I pause a course and continue it later?

Yes, courses can be paused and resumed at a later time. Once you complete an activity, your progress will be saved.

What activities can I expect in a course?

The most common activities in courses are files such as PDFs, videos, tests, and interactive learning content.

What happens if I fail a test?

In most cases, you can simply retake the test and try again. In the end, the best attempt you submitted will count.
